Kitchens & Sizable Bathrooms

L.H. Tanner Construction has renovated or remodeled kitchens and bathrooms throughout all of Brevard County for the past 20 years. Each of our clients go through our Plan-Build Process so that we listen to our clients’ needs and desires and be able to produce a functional space that they will enjoy and be able to use for years to come. We recognize each project and client is unique in terms of their needs and wants and the space that they want to change and the site conditions. We pride ourselves in listening to our clients, providing suggestions, and coming up with a plan with the client. Our planning stage usually takes a little longer than the actual construction phase due to the amount of detail and planning that is required to make sure it is exactly what the client wants. The construction phase is where all of the planning comes to life. Our best compliment is when our clients let us know years later that they are still enjoying their remodeled space.

Once we have reached a consensus on the project details, we will enter into a Plan-Build Agreement.

As part of this agreement, the following will occur:
● In-depth meeting with you to discuss goals and objectives
● A comprehensive needs analysis
● Current conditions analysis and/or measurements
● Estimating to determine the cost of the project
● Detailed drawings
● Permits
● Construction of your project
