Garages & Large Workshops

Large garages and workshops are structures that L.H. Tanner Construction has planned and built for several of our clients. Our clients are looking for more space to store their boats, vehicles, and equipment. We will do an initial consultation to learn the client’s goals and objectives. We will put together a plan based on their vision and needs while taking into consideration their budget and timeline.

Once we have reached a consensus on the project details, we will enter into a Plan-Build Agreement.

As part of this agreement, the following will occur:

In-depth meeting with you to discuss goals and objectives
A comprehensive needs analysis
Current conditions analysis and/or measurements
Estimating to determine the cost of the project
Detailed drawings
Permits
Construction of your project
